Full & Associate Membership FormWhat's the difference between a Full and Associate Member?
Full Memberships offer the most complete list of benefits to aspiring and established media artists who wish an active participation in the Factory.
Associate Memberships are offered to people who appreciate and support the Factory's mission - but do not necessarily wish to participate in the Factory's programs. Associate Members cannot vote, serve on the Board of Trustees or rent production and post-production equipment.

Nomination Form - Board of Trustees
Full Members in good standing are eligible to nominate candidates for the Board either in person at the Factory’s office or at the AGM. It’s always helpful if you provide a short bio of your nominated candidate.

Proxy Form 2011
If you are a voting member of the Factory and cannot attend the AGM, you may appoint another voting member to act on your behalf.
You may also appoint the Secretary of the Board of Trustees: Heather Keith.
The Proxy Form must be signed, dated and received at the office before the start of the AGM at 7 PM on Wednesday, November 30, 2011.
It can be dropped off or scanned/emailed to info@hamiltonmediaarts.org.
