The Factory: Hamilton Media Arts Centre is a not-for-profit artist-driven resource centre dedicated to the production and promotion of creatively diverse forms of independent films, videos, and other streaming multimedia art forms. Our Mission is to develop and support a vibrant, sustainable, creative, and diverse community of Members and non-Members within Hamilton and its surrounding region, who are involved or interested in the Art, the Craft and the Technologies of, but not limited to motion picture media.

Can we use this blog format for sharing information? It exists - is free. A page that's hidden from the public - only accessible if you have the link. You can also subscribe via RSS so you don't miss updates.
We can use Google Docs, share documents. Can share a Google Calendar or use a hidden internal one like the new Calendar or Events now on the nav bar. And FYI: any page on our website can be password protected - visible or hidden.
Members can sign in to the blog to post comments. And WOW - we actually have a member management app that once was active - is now a hidden page. Has amazing potential. Have a look: www.hamiltonmediaarts.com/apps/members/
